Aside from SimplePractice, we also collect client information through two channels: email and phone communication. When clients reach out to us to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments, we gather their name, email address, and appointment preferences directly through these interactions. Our team ensures that all information collected via email or phone is handled with strict confidentiality and in accordance with our privacy policies. We prioritize the secure transmission and storage of this data to maintain the privacy and trust of our clients throughout their interactions with us.
